Early Childhood Admissions

Families will complete and submit the DKH Academy Registration Packet along with the required registration fee and enrollment documents for their child’s program.

For Early Childhood enrollment, required materials include:

• Completed registration forms
• Signed financial contract
• Tuition and payment selection forms
• Parent/guardian signatures on all required pages

A $250 non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of submission to reserve your child’s placement for the upcoming school year.

Additional program fees and first tuition payments are due later in the enrollment process based on your selected program and any optional enrichments such as LEAP, Spanish Immersion, or Ready Readers Academy.

Priority Enrollment for current DKH families begins the first Monday in February each year.

Open Enrollment for new DKH families and families with non-continuous enrollment begins the first Monday in March and continues based on program availability.

Registration materials are processed in the order they are received, and placement is secured once all required forms, documents, and fees have been submitted. Our admissions team will guide families through each step of the process and help ensure enrollment is completed smoothly.

Once all required registration materials, forms, and fees have been received, families will receive confirmation of enrollment from the DKH Admissions Team.

Enrollment confirmations are communicated on a rolling basis as applications are reviewed and processed. Families will also receive additional information regarding classroom placement, tuition schedules, program selections, back-to-school communication, and important dates leading into the new school year.
