LEAP

A Natural Extension of the School DayLEAP is a meaningful extension of the DKH day, running each afternoon from 1:00 to 3:15, where children continue to explore, create, and connect in a relaxed and supportive environment.

For many families, the afternoon can feel like a rush. LEAP provides a consistent, engaging space where children can unwind, play, and stay connected to the people and routines they know.

Each day includes a mix of hands-on activities, including art, science, reading, outdoor play, and creative exploration. Children have the freedom to move between structured activities and open play, allowing them to recharge while continuing to learn.

Like everything at DKH, LEAP is rooted in relationships. Children feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. It feels like a natural continuation of their day, not a separate program.
