We're excited to welcome campers back for another summer of exploration, creativity, friendship, and outdoor fun at Camp DKH!
This year's camp features two unique experiences designed to engage children's curiosity and encourage hands-on learning.
Summer Sound Lab
June 22-25
During Summer Sound Lab, campers will explore rhythm, movement, music, and creativity through hands-on activities, collaborative experiences, and outdoor adventures. Children will have opportunities to experiment with sound, express themselves through movement, and build friendships while learning and playing together.
Garden Explorers
June 29-July 2
Garden Explorers invites campers to discover the natural world around them. Through activities focused on plants, insects, gardens, and outdoor exploration, children will investigate nature up close while developing observation skills, curiosity, and appreciation for the environment.
Important Camp Dates
June 22
First day of camp. Camp shirts will be distributed to Week 1 campers at pick-up.
June 23
Camp Shirt and Photo Day. Campers should wear their Camp DKH shirt for the group photo.
June 24
Glow Dance Party. Campers are encouraged to wear white or neon colors.
June 29
Week 2 begins. Camp shirts will be distributed to Week 2 campers.
June 30
Camp Shirt and Photo Day. Campers should wear their Camp DKH shirt for the group photo.
Camp Information
Camp hours are 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Families should follow the car line procedures for both drop-off and pick-up to help ensure a safe and efficient experience for all campers.
Campers should bring:
• Backpack for belongings
• Lunch and a water bottle
• Closed-toe shoes
• A change of clothes (recommended)
Please apply sunscreen and bug spray before arriving at camp and be sure to label everything.
As a reminder, camp activities take place both indoors and outdoors and may include water play, art projects, sensory activities, gardening, and other messy fun. We encourage families to dress children comfortably for active play and exploration.
